THE TRAINER

Brett Bridges is a specialist clinician and a Director of Our Curious Minds (OCM), alongside Associate Professor Andrew Carroll. At OCM he has helped transform the work practices of numerous agencies across clinical, psychosocial, corporate and correctional environments in Australia and abroad.

OCM have developed several highly effective approaches to address workplace psychological safety hazards and mental health safety concerns. This includes mental health related risk and safety, de-escalation, vicarious trauma, reflective practices, and working with complex needs.
