Complex Needs

Our Trauma program has been created to meet the specific needs of your service. Covering; Complex PTSD; BPD and other Personality Disorders and Trauma Informed Awareness and Practice, our program is delivered by skilled facilitators with expertise in the subject matter.
We can tailor our courses to meet your specific needs with workshops ranging from 3 hours to whole day and includes time to work through your specific challenges and scenarios.

To respond helpfully to people experiencing mental health crises, you must understand the functional impacts experienced from their mental health issues and the related distress caused to them and significant others.
This half day workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills you require to effectively work with mental health crises.

We explore the interaction between complex needs and the challenges faced in clinical and psychosocial work, providing practical and workable strategies for engagement and effective working, along with guiding principles. Case examples are utilised to ensure relevance and application to your work.
Enhancing Safety for Clients

A collaborative approach to enhance safety, utilising goal directed, care planning. This course includes a usable and effective tool to support more effective collaborative care planning.

A collaborative approach to therapeutic risk, embedded in the principles of ‘shared understanding’, ‘dignity of risk’ and ‘therapeutic risk taking.’

Enhancing Safety for Workforce

Offered as a half day program, this course will strengthen your ability to build sustainable practices.
The workshop can be adapted to your requirements, and include your specific case scenarios.
